Terms of admission

Applying

Submitting an enquiry registers your interest; it is not an admission. Admission is confirmed only after the admission process is complete, the required documents are verified and the admission fee is paid. Seats are limited and are allotted in the order admissions are completed.

Tests and interviews

The +1 Science and +1 Commerce programmes include an admission test, and KG to Grade 10 admissions include a same-day assessment. Test dates, venues and reporting times are shared on WhatsApp. Please bring the items listed in your reminder. Malpractice or misbehaviour may end the application. If you cannot attend, contact the office to reschedule where possible.

Fees

• The registration fee (currently ₹200) covers the admission test or assessment and its processing. It is not adjusted against tuition fees.
• The admission fee and tuition are as per the school's current fee schedule, shared with the offer. Instalment options, when offered, have their own due dates.
• Refunds follow the school's refund policy. The registration fee is generally not refundable once the test has been scheduled; write to the office for any special case.
• Scholarships, where awarded, are applied to the fee plan shown in the offer and are subject to the school's scholarship rules.

Offers

An offer is valid for the period stated in it. Accepting an offer means completing the required steps (documents and admission fee) within that period; otherwise the seat may be released. The school may place an application on a waiting list or decline it, and will say why where possible.

Your information

Please provide accurate details and genuine documents. Incorrect information or documents may result in cancellation of the admission. We use your information as described in the privacy notice.

Communication

WhatsApp is our primary channel for admission updates, using the number you register. Reply STOP to stop non-essential messages. Transport and hostel facilities are separate services with their own charges, confirmed in writing before use.

Changes and law

The school may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kerala.
